Pilates Questions Answered
Have you wondered why you could not Roll Up? Have you wondered why after having your legs in the air for more that two exercises in a row that your thighs or low back felt overworked? Do you know the different "familes" of Pilates exercises and what is expected in your body to accomplish each exercise efficiently?
These questions and more will be addressed in the Client workshop delivery on Saturday June 26th at the Acton Studio from 10.15am - 12.15pm by Lanette. Often understanding intellectually the finer points of Pilates, encourages a better approach and therefore body experience of the work. As ususal this client workshop will also involve a physical workout so that the mind and the body of the participant will be exercised in the two hour presentation. Bookings through 62817788 are essential.
