Pilates Canberra is the embodiment of my vision from its inception in 1995 – a beautiful, light-filled, fully-equipped Pilates studio housing the most highly qualified Pilates instructors who are dedicated to helping all clients, but also enjoying the shared journey, successfully achieve their goals.

Our instructors are passionate about Pilates and are deeply invested in learning each of our clients physical needs. Most are studying advanced Pilates education or possess the highest Pilates qualification in Australia – the Advanced Diploma in the Pilates Method (PITC) or hold the accredited outcome of the Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction.

The Pilates Canberra studio is the envy of all studios. Designed by the prestigious contemporary construction company DOMA Group to be the most comprehensive Pilates studio in Australia, it’s a place that’s not only aesthetically pleasing, but also wonderfully inspiring to work – and work out in.

Now, in addition and as a result of the COVID-19 we are also able to offer an on-line platform for both real-time one-on-one sessions, live streamed Mat classes and pre-recorded Pilates Mat classes for all levels of experience. This will enable you to workout under the care of the Pilates Canberra Instructors anywhere in the world - or in the comfort of your home.
