Pilates Matwork Classes

Pilates Canberra provides a variety of excellent Pilates classes and instructed by Pilates Canberra Instructors holding an Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Pilates Instruction.

Term 1: Mon 10th Feb - Sun 13th April

Term 2: Mon 28th April - Sun 6th July

Term 3: Mon 21st July - Sun 28th Sept

Term 4: Mon 13th Oct - Sun 14th Dec

Mon 11am-11:50am and 12:00-12:50pm: Strong Bones and Body: an adapted mat class for people with osteoporosis or spinal problems to gain greater strength - taught by Natalie

Tues 12:10-1:00pm: Lunchtime Pilates Flow: a multi-levelled class for a great lunchtime workout - with Anna

Tues 6:00-7:00pm: Pilates Mobilty Mat: for those with tight joints who may exercise and want more mobility to be able to move more effeciently and with less chance of injury - by Sarah

Wed 7:00-7:50am: Humpday heroes: an Intermediate (challenging) Mat class for experienced Pilates people and instructors - when you need a mid-week shape up - with the wonderful Denise

Wed 5:30-6:20pm: Midweek Barre Challenge: a Barre class with a difference delivered by our charismatic Sarah

Wed 6:30-7:20pm: Midweek Pilates Mat Recharge: a multi-levelled Mat class to help you get through the week ahead - with Sarah

Fri 12:10-12:55pm: Lunchtime Pilates Flow: a multi-levelled class for a great lunchtime workout - with Maud

Sun 9:00-9:50am: Pilates Flow: a really wonderful way physically and mentally to prepare for the week ahead - for people with varied levels of Pilates experience - taken by Jenny

Sun 4:00-4:50pm: Pilates Release and Stretch: a wonderful way to complete your weekend and to prepare for the week ahead - with the lovely Cara
