Pilates Canberra provides a variety of excellent Pilates classes and instructed by Pilates Canberra Instructors holding an Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Pilates Instruction.

Mon 11am-11:50am and 12:00-12:50pm: Strong Bones and Body: an adapted mat class for people with osteoporosis or spinal problems to gain greater strength - taught by Natalie
Tues 6:30-7:20am: Strength and Flow with small apparatus: a lovely flowing mat class for participants who are new to Pilates and those who want to strengthen their practise using small apparatus to challenge and also assist - with Alex
Wed 8:10-9:00am: Strong Bones and Body: an adapted mat class for people with osteoporosis or spinal problems to gain greater strength - taught by Deb
Wed 10:15am: 55yrs+ 30mins Pilates and 30mins Strength: an appropriate and inspiring strengthening class for anyone over the age of 55yrs with 30mins of Pilates and 30mins of strength work taken by an experienced Pilates professional who also has Fitness qualifications - Natalie
Wed 5:30-6:20pm: Midweek Barre Challenge: a Barre class with a difference delivered by our charismatic Sarah
Wed 6:30-7:20pm: Midweek Pilates Mat Recharge: a flowing class focussing on strength and flexibility gains for participants, set at a multi-level of Foundation to late Progressive - with the enigmatic Cheryl
Thursday 7:00-7:50am: Intermediate Mat: a challenging Mat class for experienced Pilates people and instructors - when you need a mid-week shape up - with Lanette
Fri 10:15am: 55yrs+ 30mins Pilates and 30mins Strength: an appropriate and inspiring strengthening class for anyone over the age of 55yrs with 30mins of mobility and core and 30 mins of strength work, taken by an exercise physiologist
Fri 12:10-12:55pm: Lunchtime Pilates Flow: a multi-levelled class for a great lunchtime workout - with Maud
Sat 8-8:50am: Pilates Mobility and Strength: a specialised class to assist people with joint issues to find greater range of motion through major joints and to strengthen the muscles to support the joints - taught by Laura
Sun 9:00-9:50am: Pilates Flow: a really wonderful way physically and mentally to prepare for the week ahead - for people with varied levels of Pilates experience - taken by Jenny
Sun 4:00-4:50pm: Pilates Release and Stretch: a wonderful way to complete your weekend and to prepare for the week ahead - with the lovely Cara
