As a result of the COVID-19 we are able to offer a quality on-line platform for both real-time one-on-one sessions, Mat classes and pre-recorded Pilates Mat workouts for all levels of experience. This will enable you to workout under the care of the Pilates Canberra Instructors anywhere in the world - or in the comfort of your home.

Real-time, One-on-one PILATES

The traditional mat and small apparatus based Pilates workout, we offer 30 or 60 minute Pilates sessions that are customised to your needs and with the instructor of your choice.

The process is a simple email invitation that you click on to make it all work - with no complicated downloading or updates required.

To commence this process, find your instructor through the button below - click on their email to send through an email request for your session. Please offer your choices of preferred days and times.

For live in the studio sessions please contact your instructor communicating your available days and times. Number restrictions of clients and instructors will apply in the studio, so session availability may differ to pre-lockdown.

Real-time Mat Classes

A fantastic 45min flowing class of toning, strengthening & challenging Pilates Mat exercises - at varying levels, including an “Introductory” series, a multi-levelled “Experienced” class and even an Advanced Class for Pilates Instructors.

In addition we have an internationally recognised bone health class for people with skeletal conditions like Osteoporosis, or spinal issues like disc bulges.

As we approach Friday 29th October we will have a Mat class timetable available for you through the Mat class page.

Pre-recorded pILATES workouts

These are the perfect addition to on-line real-time classes, as well as studio classes, to give you the opportunity to do additional workouts at home under the direction of the experienced Pilates Canberra team.

These range from 10minutes to 60minutes in time, and from a beginner level to Advanced Instructor level, as well as different focus’ such as posture, back care and arm or legwork focus’.

We are gradually adding further recordings to this library so keep checking back for more content.
